ERIC TODA

I'm Eric, a commercial marketing executive and board advisor. For two decades, companies have brought me in to build the thing that doesn't exist yet.

I built Facebook's foundational advertising ecosystem during its first hypergrowth years, launched Snapchat's first monetization products, and built Hill City, Gap's first new brand in a decade, from inside an established retail giant. At Stitch Fix, I stood up the brand and go-to-market strategy for Stitch Fix Men. In between, I ran and scaled the marketing engines at Airbnb and Nike, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and driving measurable revenue growth at each.

Most recently at Meta, I led the global brand and digital strategy through Facebook's $80M transformation into Meta, and built and scaled Meta Prosper, the company's first revenue engine built to support AAPI small businesses, creators, and nonprofits.

I'm also a seasoned executive communications professional, guiding and coaching C-suite executives on their digital presence and public voice in ways that directly impact the business. Given the nature of the companies I've worked for, I'm no stranger to media scrutiny and crisis, and I've built strategies that protect not just the business, but the users and consumers on the other side of it.

My work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, the Ad Club of NY, the Webbys, the Effies, the Clios, and the Shortys.
